Assigning Users to a Supervisor

You can assign Users to a Supervisor. Only Users who are members of the current LearnCenter are available for selection. On the ControlPanel:

  1. Click  on the Users menu to expand it.
  2. Click Supervisor Accounts.
  3. Click next to a Supervisor.

  1. Click Add Users to Supervisor.
  1. CollapsedSearch for the Users you want to assign to the supervisor.

Users added to a Supervisor are listed with the following action icons available. (Icons display either in the Actions column or when you rest your pointer over a User, depending on your LearnCenter settings. See About Action Icons for more details.)

Action Description

Click this to add or override the supervisor’s permissions for this User.

Note: You cannot edit supervisor permissions in a sub LearnCenter unless they were assigned to the supervisor in that sub LearnCenter.

Click this to delete an individual from a supervisor. You will then be prompted with a confirmation message. Select OK to delete User from under supervisor, or click Cancel.
